Who can help me find a movie?

hello, my name is jeroen and i am from the netherlands. I've been looking for a movie from the mid-eighties for some time now. is perhaps the genre horror. I was 8 years old at the time, so I only have vague memories. What I can remember is that a person got a shard of a glass star under the skin of his arm and it crawled up. then someone cut off his arm. this took place in a tunnel or cave. who can help me with my long search?
