Hi, i am looking for the name of a film, it´s located in a apocaliptic earth, its mainly desert, but there are citys, the air is unbreathable, there´s a war for microchips and theres virtual reality. The main villan is a bald guy who has cables in his heads, in the virtual world hi has more power and more cables. I think in was a part 2 and 3, and is a movie direct to vhs. Thanks to all.
