According to Denny's trading cards, the so assumed masked bounty hunter's name is Enfys Nest.
The name was also discovered back in January by fansite YakFace, through movie merchandise.

New posters featuring badass Enfys Nest.
It appears Enfy Nest is the female villain.
I certainly hope she isn't wasted like Captain Phasma.
