The moody trailer features a lot of the "haunted house" (in this case haunted ship) atmosphere from Alien, including shots of a scared cat and the suggestion of a stealth, monstrous attacker. The production premieres on AMC on March 26

MemberNeomorphJan-14-2018 6:32 PMBigDave Who knows. All I know is that Dan Simmons is a sci-fi and horror writer who won and was nominated for multiple Hugo, Locust, Nebula and Arthur C. Clarke awards. That to me is a big advantage over writers like Joseph Logan.
