Greetings, citizens, of the USE. We have been living in a much deserved peace for the entirety of AV (After Vader) 1--the first year of the USE's universe wide dominance. Also known as 2016 on certain planets. Our economy is phenomenal--we have trillions of resources to feed every lonesome being, and our education system is running just as-well.

We have increased our expenses, however, on military. We now have the strongest military in the Universe--with trillions of troops at our disposal, led by the greatest generals and tacticians in the system. We have lowered the taxes on you the people, for we have an estimated 20 quintillion in finances. Our stocks are good, our people are good, and the overall living situation is great.

The rebels are being terminated one-by-one to ensure that not one of them lives to indoctrinate the next generation. We have put in significantly more troops into the mission of eradicating these louts, and we will do such. I can guarantee it. Now, people, one of the main reasons I decided to address you all was to announce that we are searching for twelve senatorial candidates for the six forums.

If you are looking to become a senator all you must do is comment such, and it will be read and you will be looked into by our drones. You will get a PM if you have been accepted. There are two candidates per forum, and there will be two debates until either I will chose who is most fit or there will be a vote. I hope to see whoever is chosen in our senate very soon.

Now, we have another dealing. Our Outer Rim, known as the "Other Fandoms" forum has been quite a nuisance lately. They have been capturing and holding our people that have wandered there for ransom, of which we regretfully have to pay to them. That's why I, the Emperor, am right now at this moment declaring that the Other Fandoms forum shall be walled off from us. We're going to either bomb them to the ground, or create an electrified Galactic Force-field so that our people can not walk in there and get captured.
