BR2 sound track?

"Blade Runner: The Final Cut" was on hi-def TV last night in Canada and I am always stunned by the visual beauty. However, something hit me which I'm sure everyone here already knows and it is this: This movie would not be as stunning if it didn't have the Vangelis sound track. According to Wikipedia, Vangelis is still alive and "I hope" Ridley Scott has already signed him for BR2 because I fear that BR2 will never live up to BR without an appropriate sound track.

I agree, Vangelis's soundtrack hugely contributed the movies success and charm.

I agree too nielriek. Vangelis is to Blade Runner as to what John Williams is to Star Wars :)

you couldn't have blade runner without vangelis Ridley did say once that the sound of the movie is very important, as important as the script and the style
