Sorry about my inactivity guys! I had a big project at school, work (both jobs), and family stuff. But Im back and heres the grand finale to my story! Now, if you would like, I will write a sequel. But, Im going to need to see some votes in the comments. Hope you enjoy it!

We had caught the new tyrannosaur name Typhoon back in Africa a while back. There was a T. rex nest somewhere nearby and we figured he could lead us to it. But, in the meantime we shipped him here for study. Now, he was standing right next to me. He wasn’t as big as the Reaper, nor as powerful, however he was still 55 feet long (the average upper size range of a Rex) and more agile. At first the two tyrants stared at each other, almost bewildered at the sudden appearance of another giant meat eating dinosaur. I was a little worried that it wouldn’t work, that they would be like alright T. rex brother, let’s show some love and share the people. Let’s bones it out, and than hit knuckles with their little arms. But, soon Typhoon roared at The Reaper, and The Reaper responded likewise but louder and more fearsome. They started to circle each other. Then Typhoon attacked, baring those massive teeth. He bit the arm of the Reaper and went to crush it in his jaws, but the larger tyrannosaur shouldered him off. The Reaper stomped, shaking the very earth. The fight was on.

The Reaper head-butted Typhoon, who lost his footing and rolled, luckily landing back on his feet. The Reaper slashed at him with his foot claws, tearing deep gashes into Typhoon’s flanks. Typhoon bit the bigger T. rex’s face. The Reaper shrugged him off and charged, running full speed in a head-butt, but the more agile T. rex spun around and dodged the attack, then quickly shouldered the other animal, causing The Reaper to trip up. He quickly regained his footing in time to see the smaller dinosaur sprinting at full speed, jaws agape ready to end the fight in a fast, full frontal charge. The Reaper side stepped, rotating himself out of the way of the smaller T. rex’s jaws. Then the Reaper quickly reared up and struck at Typhoon mid-charge, catching the other animal in his jaws before Typhoon could even react and stop the attack. The two titans clash shook the very earth, and as Typhoon squirmed and tried to escape his attacker’s jaws, but the Reaper held firm and decisively bit down with all his power, crushing the spinal cord and the windpipe of Typhoon.

After letting the dead animal drop from his maw, He stared at me as if thinking One down, one to go. Then he drew back, preparing to attack

Now where was I? Oh, yeah:
The beast stared down at me, baring over 60 giant fangs. The animal was over 20 feet tall! Its great jaws creaked open suddenly and it lunged, the great head diving toward my body. With the most fearsome and terrifying roar I’ve ever heard, the Reaper went for the kill, serrated teeth and bone crushing jaws plunging straight towards me-

As the cliff face suddenly crumbled, breaking and cracking under the massive T. rex. The animal slipped, the rocks tumbling underneath it, to the 50 foot drop below. The Reaper snapped and bit at me, then he grabbed my leg pulling me down with him.

I managed to get a hold of a rooted plant which stopped the rest of my body from landing in the T. rex’s jaws. With a final act of defiance the T. rex struck forward and snapped the rest of my leg off like a twig. I shouted in pain, as the Reaper rose and as the last of the cliff face crumbled, He let out the mightiest roar I have ever witnessed, a bellow from some other world, nothing like we have today, a deep rolling sound like thunder. He let out the mighty scream rearing up, eyes and teeth gleaming and bloody. As the terrifying and chilling roar ended the cliff face crumbled sending the Reaper to his doom.

I was rushed to the hospital and after many surgeries now have a prosthetic leg from the knee up. I attended the funerals of all of my men, knowing the Reaper’s reign of terror was at an end.

EPILOGUE:
The Great beast lay there, unmoving at the bottom of a cliff. The head quiet, jaws open. The eye closed. Suddenly, the huge jaws started to creak shut and the massive eye opened, The Predator growled, and with a roar signified that The Reaper Lives.

Good chapter, but I was hoping Typhoon would survive. Good story, and here's the third vote for a sequel.

Nice chapter and a sequel would be very appreciated.

Keep in mind that many people have died for their beliefs; it's actually quite common. The real courage is in living and suffering for what you believe in. -Brom-
