Love the 3D images up top!! Metropolis is amazing. Hugh Ferriss artwork is spectacular, I love the fact he was an architect.

Until the 50's the future was designed in curve lines, and it was so amazing there were natural shapes and curves in everywhere; blasters and buildings were shaped as solid constructions in few pieces. after 60's all started to change in angles and the future is all about angles, straight lines, and sharp edges as if the artificial must be agressive and can't be a complement of the natural shapes nevermore.
