A working title and new plot details for the untitled Kenobi series being developed for Disney Plus has been announced!
According to the latest issue of Production Weekly, the working title for Kenobi will be known as Pilgrim. The working title also insinuates what the plot for the series may involve!
A Pilgrim, is by definition a person who journeys to sacred places for religious reasons. This suggests to us that despite us assuming Obi-Wan will spend the entirety of the series on Tatooine, we may see Kenobi venture out across the galaxy in search of sacred Jedi refuges - perhaps in search of any other surviving Jedi following the execution of Order 66.
Filming for Kenobi is set to begin January 2021 with Ewan McGregor returning to reprise his role as the titular character Obi-Wan Kenobi.
