Leave it to Ryan Reynolds to pull a rabbit out of his hat for the next Deadpool sequel! Taking to social media, Reynolds just confirmed that Hugh Jackman will be coming out of Wolverine retirement to reprise his iconic role alongside Ryan himself in Deadpool 3 which is currently slated for a September 6th, 2024 release date!
Prior to this announcement, Jackman had hung up his claws after his portrayal of the X-Men mutant back in 2017's standalone film LOGAN - supposedly never returning to the iconic character he embodied for nearly 2 decades. It goes without saying that fans will be more than pleased to know he will be portraying his most iconic role once again.
Further details and additional casting news remain unknown for Deadpool 3, but we'll keep you posted as new updates surface online!
