I tought it was one of the worst Godzilla movies, and the worst of the Heisei series. Which was sad, because SpaceGodzilla have a great potential as a kaiju.
The plot was boring, we don't care about the human plot, but the worst is that the kaiju's sequence are also boring, and poorly directed. It was the only Heisei film that I will not recommended.
