This film is honestly a really enjoyable one, it just happens to have the misfortune of coming after the first one. The characters are interesting and likable enough for you to care and the addition of Anguirus marks the start of Godzilla fighting other monsters. The music is actually really chilling with you being scared when Godzilla first shows up to Japan. Overall a good movie, it just has the misfortune of coming after a masterpiece.
