Gamera 2: The Advent of Legion

Official Plot Synopsis

A year after Gamera defeated the Gyaos a meteor falls to earth with a silicon based life form inside. Col. Watarase and science instructor Midori Honami work together to solve the mysteries of this new creature, but not before Gamera returns to fight it. Codenamed Legion, the new monster's reproductive capabilities leave Sendai completely destroyed and Gamera seemingly dead. Asagi joins a host of other men, women and children linked with Gamera in hopes they can revive him. Meanwhile, Col. Watarase prepares for the worst against the extraterrestrial monster.

Directed by Shusuke Kaneko, Gamera 2: The Advent of Legion is a Daiei movie based on a screenplay by Kazunori Ito.
